IEC Business Summit
It was clear skies in the sunny state of Florida for the attendees of IEC’s Business Summit 2019. Business owners, managers, chapter staff, and industry partners gathered in Fort Lauderdale for a knowledgeable time, as the rest of the country dealt with sub-zero temperatures. Held at the Riverside Hotel, this business-focused event delivered ideas, solutions, strategies, as well as some fun to all who attended.
More than 200 electrical and systems contractors took steps to elevate their bottom line and get answers to their biggest concerns impacting their companies.
Minds were fueled with a Leadership Workshop Series instructed by industry experts Bruce Seilhammer (SECCO Electric) and Peggy Hoffman (Mariner Management); giving attendees the opportunity to engage with peers and build their capacity to be the strongest leaders in our industry. Powerful conversations took place over the few days, with dynamic keynotes from Dr. Don Leavens (NEMA) and Jim Pauley (NFPA) and hot topic education sessions.
During the conference we welcomed our newest addition, IEC Florida East Coast Chapter with a sunset reception on the host hotel’s beautiful terrace. Attendees enjoyed a riverfront view alongside their peers, a nice break for the norm.
We hope you enjoyed Business Summit 2019! We are so grateful here at IEC for your time, dedication, and participation in making this a successful and memorable event. Also, thank you to all of our sponsors Graybar, Milwaukee Tool, Home Depot and our Platinum Partners for making this conference possible.
