Joseph began his electrical career in Colorado in 2017, starting as an apprentice and quickly advancing through residential and commercial construction roles. Over the years, he earned his Residential Wireman, Journeyman, and Master Electrician licenses while leading crews on major projects including schools, federal facilities, healthcare infrastructure, and higher education renovations.
After relocating to Florida, Joseph continued overseeing large-scale electrical projects, including critical hospital emergency power upgrades. He now works for Kasper Electric, where he specializes in emergency power systems, commissioning, control integration, and preventative maintenance throughout South Florida.
Joseph also holds an EC Unlimited license through endorsement by the Florida State Electrical Board and remains committed to advancing the electrical industry through leadership, training, and technical excellence.
