Michael Rosa graduated from the IEC Florida East Coast Apprenticeship Program in 2024 and is now teaching 3rd year apprentices.
Today, Michael serves as Service Manager with Lighthouse Energy Co., where he enjoys the variety and challenges that come with service work. He appreciates projects that require problem-solving and creativity rather than repetitive, routine tasks. His experience includes residential service, complex troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance work, with a particular interest in marina projects. Over the past several years, Michael has been involved in maintenance and electrical work at multiple marinas and waterfront properties.
Michael became an instructor because he recognized the importance of developing skilled, knowledgeable electricians entering the workforce. He enjoys sharing his experience, helping apprentices strengthen their skills, and contributing to the future of the electrical industry.
