In 2021, Bob Terry assumed the role of Executive Director at IEC FECC. Fueled by his commitment to the electrical industry and cultivating growth, his goal is to continue the expansion of the chapter and school.

Before becoming a part of the IEC FECC, Bob accumulated over 30 years of experience in the electrical industry, undertaking diverse roles including business ownership, Service Manager, and Vice President of Operations.
