George Hyde

George was an electrical apprenticeship instructor with the IEC-FECC for the past two years and has now joined on as a full-time employee. George has taken on the role of Apprenticeship Manager, serving as a lead instructor, will collaborate with instructors on preparing labs, ordering materials, managing the lab, and will work to get our chapter into the National Apprentice of the Year contest.

George Hyde’s electrical career spans over three decades. His journey began in 1991 when he joined the United States Naval Construction Battalions, better known as the Navy Seabees, where he gained valuable experience and knowledge in electrical systems. After his service in the Navy, George successfully established his own business.

Before joining our team, George was a valued member of the Kasper Electric team for 6 years, serving as a residential field Project Manager. In this role, he oversaw and coordinated electrical projects, ensuring their successful execution while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. George's experience in both commercial and residential settings has equipped him with a deep understanding of both.

George is committed to sharing his knowledge and experiences with aspiring electricians.
